Tasks

One work queue — system findings from matched Explorer evidence, plus freeform tasks you or the Agent add.

Overview

Tasks (/tasks) is the single work queue in the App. It replaces the older Opportunities + Actions split.

Tasks can come from:

SourceWho createsWhat you get
systemCoverage refresh / task generatorTitle, body, optional kind, linked Explorer evidence
userNew task modalFreeform text
agentAI Marketing Agent (create_task)Freeform text from chat

Active tasks (open / in_progress) show in the nav badge. Archive or Mark done removes them from the active list.

System kinds

KindMeaning
visibility_gapYou are missing where you should appear
competitor_gapCompetitors win mentions/recommendations instead
citation_gapMentions without enough own-domain citations
positioning_accuracyAI describes you differently than intended positioning
content_opportunityEvidence points to a publishable content gap
warmup_*Light helpers while coverage is still warming

Who it's for

Marketers prioritizing the next AEO/GEO work and executing it day to day.

Prerequisites

App access (trial or paid). Coverage ready fills system tasks; warming accounts may only see helper tasks. Creating/publishing Content still requires paid subscribe after trial.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Tasks.
  2. Scan by priority (system) or recency.
  3. Open a task for evidence (prompts, answers, citations) when present.
  4. Create content, update profile/topics, or distribute via partner links as appropriate.
  5. Archive or Mark done when it’s off your plate.
  6. Optionally add a freeform task with New task, or ask the Agent to add one.

Tips

  • Always open evidence before writing content — system tasks are claims with receipts.
  • Refresh coverage after major site or positioning changes; user/agent tasks survive that refresh.
  • There is no separate “Add to Actions” step anymore.

FAQ

Are Tasks the same as old Opportunities or Actions?

Tasks unify both. System tasks are what Opportunities used to be; freeform user/agent tasks (and warm-up helpers) cover what Actions used to hold.

Can the AI Marketing Agent create tasks?

Yes — when you have Agent access (paid), ask it to add something to your tasks. Publishing still needs approval.
