Overview

Support at /support lets you contact the Obsurfable team without leaving the app. Submit a ticket with category, subject, and message; your account, plan, and current company are attached automatically. View your ticket history on the same page.

Who it's for

Any signed-in user—Free, Pro, or Agency—who needs help, wants to report a bug, or has a product suggestion.

Step-by-step

Submit a ticket

  1. Go to /support (or Settings → Contact support).
  2. Select a category.
  3. Enter a short subject line.
  4. Describe your issue or idea in message—include steps to reproduce for bugs.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. A success message confirms submission; the form clears for a new ticket if needed.

View your tickets

Scroll to Your tickets on the same page. Each entry shows:

  • Category and subject
  • Status: open, in progress, resolved, or closed
  • Date submitted

The Obsurfable team updates status as they work on your request.

What we attach automatically

To speed up resolution, each ticket includes:

  • Your email and user ID
  • Current company name (if selected)
  • Plan and subscription status
  • The page path where you submitted (when available)

You don't need to repeat this information in the message unless it helps.

Tips

  • For billing changes (cancel, refund, invoice), mention it in a Help ticket or use Manage subscription in Settings first.
  • Bug reports: include browser, what you clicked, and what you expected vs. what happened.
  • Feature requests: explain the problem you're solving, not only the solution you want.
  • You can also reach support from /settings without re-entering account context.

FAQ

How fast will I hear back?
Response times vary by volume. Tickets stay open until the team resolves or closes them.

Can I reply to a ticket in the app?
The support page lists submitted tickets; follow-up may come via email depending on team workflow.

I can't sign in—how do I get help?
Use the contact options on obsurfable.com if you cannot access /support while logged out.

Will support change my subscription?
Support can guide you; subscription changes are typically done via Stripe or Settings upgrades.
