Manage automations, billing, AI usage, auto-publish, and sign out at /settings.

Overview

Settings at /settings is your control center for the current company. It covers automations, automation status, billing shortcuts, AI usage meters, account sign-out, and auto-publish behavior for new content.

Who it's for

All signed-in users. Some controls (automations, agent usage) are Pro features; Free users see upgrade prompts.

Prerequisites

  • Signed-in account
  • At least one company that has completed onboarding (Settings loads the active company from the company switcher)

What's on the page

Automations

Toggle Enable automations for the current company. When on:

  • Scheduled cron jobs run (prompt runs, post queue processing, digests)
  • Add to queue is available in Content

When off, nothing runs automatically and the queue is disabled.

Pro feature: Free plan users see this toggle disabled with a "(Pro feature)" label.

Automation status

When automations are enabled, this card shows:

  • Last prompt run timestamp
  • Next scheduled run (approximately every 6 days after the last run)
  • Post queue depth (pending items)
  • Link to Content to view the queue

Billing & support

  • Current plan name and subscription status
  • Company limit for your plan
  • Upgrade to Pro (Free users)
  • Upgrade to Agency (Pro users who can add more companies)
  • Manage subscription (opens Stripe customer portal)
  • Contact support/support

AI usage

Meters for your plan's limits:

  • AI tokens — monthly budget for AI features (or trial/Free caps)
  • Prompts — Free: one-time runs per prompt; Pro: active company prompt slots
  • Agent messages — daily cap for the Visibility Director (paid plans)

Links open the agent or upgrade flow as appropriate.

Account

Sign out ends your session on this device and returns you to /login.

Auto-publish content

Toggle whether new posts (from the dashboard or automated queue) are created as published or draft. Drafts let you review before going live.

Step-by-step

  1. Click your profile menu or navigate to /settings.
  2. Review the active company name in the page intro.
  3. Adjust toggles (automations, auto-publish) as needed—changes save immediately.
  4. Use billing buttons to upgrade or open Stripe.
  5. Monitor usage meters to avoid hitting caps.

Tips

  • Automations and auto-publish are per company. Switch companies in the header to configure each brand separately.
  • Token usage resets on the 1st of each month (UTC) for paid plans.
  • Agent message limits reset at midnight UTC daily.
  • If Settings shows "No company found," complete /onboarding first.

FAQ

Why can't I enable automations?
Automations require a Pro or Agency subscription (or active trial). Upgrade at /subscribe.

Where do I change my email or password?
Account credentials are managed through Supabase auth. Use password reset from the login flow if available, or contact support.

Does auto-publish affect existing posts?
No. It only applies to new posts created after you turn it on.

Can I cancel from Settings?
Use Manage subscription to open Stripe's portal and cancel there.
